Please contact us if you need to return or exchange an item.
You must receive authorization before returning an item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item, to be eligible for a return, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that come into contact with food during use. Honey gates, buckets, and glass or plastic jars are examples of items that cannot be returned. Beeswax, because it may be used to make cosmetics cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have your original invoice, please contact us and we may be able to replace it for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In most cases, a restocking fee of %20 will be charged.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for return authorization
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time, a full refund, minus a 20% administrative fee, will be issued. No refunds will be issued for unattended classes, or for cancellations received 48 or fewer hours before the scheduled class time.
A class reservation may be rescheduled a maximum of one time without charge, a minimum of one week before the scheduled class time. Rescheduling fewer than seven days before the scheduled class time will result in a 20% rescheduling fee. A class reservation may not be rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled class time.
